Raising kids is very stressful and making decisions is hard especially when a child’s safety is involved. A Floor Bed Base provides the freedom of a bed without the worry of them falling a long way to the floor.

Unlike other floor beds the Floor Bed Base is simple but effective and its made right her in New Zealand.  The base sits 100mm of the ground allowing a good flow of air under it. The slats are chamfered and rounded of at each end to minimize injury to toes. These are supported by 50mm wide bearers   

Materials:

The Floor bed Base is made from 25mm & 21mm Pine Plywood with a natural wood oil finish. It is all held together using insert nuts, bolts & screws. To assemble them you will need a square headed screwdriver. A 4mm Allen Key is also needed but this will be provided.

Dimensions:

Cot (1300mm x 690mm): L 1290mm x W 680mm 

Single (1880mm x 920mm): L 1870mm x W 910mm

Single XL (2030mm x 920mm): L 2020mm x W 910mm

King Single (1070mm x 2030mm): L 2020mm x W 1060mm 

Double (1880mm x 1350mm): L 1870mm x W 1340mm

Queen (2030mm x 1500mm): L 2020mm x W 1490mm

King (2030mm x 1650mm): L 2020mm x W1640mm

If your mattress does not match any of these size, please let me know so I can make adjustments

Estimated Time Of Delivery:

This item is made when ordered and will take 2 to 3 weeks to make. You will be purchasing a wooden bed frame which does not include the mattress.

To keep freight costs down it will be shipped as a flat pack. Rural deliveries of beds larger than Cot size will have to be collected from your nearest Aramex depo.
