Materials

All my materials are purchased from businesses in New Zealand.

Plywood:

The plywood is made in New Zealand from sustainably-harvested pine, sourced  throughout the South Island.

 

Pine:

The pine is sourced from sustainably-harvested forests around New Zealand.

Rope:

The rope is made from Manila Hemp. Manila hemp is a type of fibre obtained from the leaves of the abacá.

 

Wood Oil & Stain:

All of my Oils & stains of purchased from the Natural Paint Co. They are none toxic so "Good for you, good for the planet."

Shipping

All products are shipped as flat pack

Shipping Details

Freight: I currently use Castle Parcel/Post Haste & Aramex. Rural freight: is past on to your local rural delivery service, all oversized items will have to be collected from your local depot. Information will be given at time of dispatch.

Cost: Shipping costs will be dependent on your location and address. The cost for shipping can vary based on size and weight of the product. You can check the shipping costs in the cart section of the website.

Assembly: All my products are shipped flatpack to keep freight costs down. You will require a Square or Pozi/Phillips head screwdriver to assemble them. If another tool is required it will be supplied.

All my work is hand made when ordered

Made To Order

Location: All my products are handmade in New Zealand in my small family workshop. All products are made when ordered so small changes can be made. 

ETA: It will take 2 to 3 weeks to complete unless stated. Once complete we will then ship them to your address, or you can pick them up from my workshop in Stokes Valley, Lower Hutt.

Warranty: I stand by everything I make. If a breakage does happen & the product has been used correctly I will repair the product.
